She has co-founded a behavioral health organization, led multi-site healthcare programs, and advanced quality-driven systems that elevate both patient outcomes and organizational performance. As a published researcher, national speaker, and dedicated mentor, she is recognized for advancing ethical and innovative practice, continuous improvement, and high-quality care in autism services. Erica is passionate about building systems that work—for patients, families, and the professionals who serve them.
